On the 28th
of September, the third session of the “Russian as a Foreign Language” course began.
The course is being attended by Vera Parolini and Marta Ferrari, two students
of the Catholic University of Milan, with which St. Tikhon’s University will
celebrate ten years of fruitful cooperation in 2017. The lessons are administered
by two teachers: the grammar classes are taught by Anna Chernysheva, a
professor of the Department of the Russian Language at Moscow State University,
who is collaborating with St. Tikhon’s University in the “Summer School of
Russian Language and Culture” project; the lexicology and
lexicography classes are taught by Olga Fokina, a professor of the Department
of the Russian Language at OSTU, who has been involved
in the project of teaching Russian as a foreign language from its beginning.
